Hi, I’m Ben Prescott.

Since the end of 2019 I’ve been providing customer support at GitLab, having spent my career doing infrastructure engineering, largely around Linux.

Everything here is posted in a personal capacity: I’d had a self-managed GitLab instance at home for three years before the job started, and it continues to support my endeavours around infrastructure-as-code.
